🕒 Warranty Coverage Period
Your warranty begins on the date of delivery and lasts for 12 months.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects that affect the normal function of your product, such as:
- Motor or sensor malfunctions
- Electrical or mechanical defects
- Other internal faults that prevent the product from operating correctly
🚫 What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage or exposure to moisture
- Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties
🔄 Our Warranty Promise
If a covered defect occurs within the warranty period, we’ll assist with a replacement, or refund when a replacement isn’t possible, depending on product availability and condition.
We do not currently offer repairs under this warranty.

- Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps.
- In some cases, we may request additional details or offer troubleshooting guidance before confirming a replacement.
