Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders (3-10 business days), which includes both processing time and delivery time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays caused by carriers or during peak seasons. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday.
We have warehouses located at different locations within the US, from which we ship to provide the fastest shipping times possible, and we are constantly working on improving.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link of your specific shipper. You can check your order status there.
You can also track your order status through our website's live chat;
- Go to live-chat, select "Track my order"
- Enter your Order number and email address
- You will then get a response e.g. "Order #1234 was fulfilled. You can view your full order details here: link here"
- Click the link and you will be routed to Order details page
- On the Order details page, click on the tracking number to be routed to the carrier where the package is being handled.
Please note: It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated and sometimes tracking numbers may change

Shipping Issues
- Delayed or Lost Packages: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at contact@lenzberry.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order Lenzberry.com is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping at your expense.
