What are the shipping and delivery times?
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery times to the US usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order, and 6-10 business days for delivery. Including any possible delays can range between 9-12 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number with tracking link, you can track your order status there.
You can simply track you order via our website's live-chat, click on Track Order and enter tracking number and we will track your package for you.
You can also track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc.) – or by using universal tracking websites like 17track.net.
What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at contact@lenzberry.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Can I return my product for a refund?
Sure! We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.
